The original leadership training program – Flagship is designed for aspiring or emerging leaders, managers, and first time supervisors in the Lynchburg region.
LL 2.0
Leadership Lynchburg 2.0 provides the highest level of leadership training and progressive practices of effective leadership to seasoned leaders.
SHE Week
SHE Week is an outreach to high school and young gap year or early college student females (ages 14-22) to experience what is possible outside of their current situation or life circumstances.
Leading Off Campus
Leading Off Campus bridges the gap between collegiate students and local industry while equipping them with the core competencies they need to excel in their first professional roles.
